We collect only the information necessary to provide dental care and appointment management:

• Identity Data: Full name, age, and gender for patient identification.
• Contact Data: WhatsApp/mobile phone number and email address (if provided) for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
• Medical Data: Chief dental complaint, treatment history, insurance information, and clinical notes shared during consultation booking or in-person visits.
• Usage Data: Anonymous page view and session data collected via server logs to improve our website performance. No third-party analytics trackers are deployed.
• Communication Data: WhatsApp message history between you and our AI receptionist or front desk team, stored securely for service continuity.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To confirm, manage, and remind you of your appointment.
• To route WhatsApp patient inquiries to the correct clinical staff or AI assistant.
• To maintain your clinical record for continuity of dental treatment over multiple visits.
• To comply with applicable Indian medical and data protection laws.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing company.

4. Data Storage & Security

Patient appointment data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database (Supabase) hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) with Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level. Only authenticated clinical staff can access patient records.

WhatsApp communication is processed through Evolution API hosted on Railway (Mumbai region). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. We implement strict access controls and audit logs on all administrative systems.

5. Data Retention

Clinical records and appointment data are retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with Indian Medical Council regulations. WhatsApp conversation logs are retained for 12 months for service quality and AI training purposes. You may request deletion of non-clinical data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of non-clinical personal data.
• Opt out of WhatsApp appointment reminders at any time by informing our front desk.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only essential session cookies required for authentication (staff login). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Our AI booking interface does not set any third-party cookies.
