1. Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our front desk team via WhatsApp.
• Online bookings via this website or WhatsApp constitute a reservation request, not a guaranteed confirmed appointment until acknowledged by the clinic.
• Please provide accurate personal information (name, age, contact number, and chief dental concern). Inaccurate information may result in cancellation.
• Appointment slots are reserved for a specific date and time. We hold your slot for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time before making it available to other patients.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Same-day cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment slot may result in forfeiture of consultation pre-payment (if applicable).
• For emergency cancellations due to unforeseen medical or personal circumstances, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 70422 55211 and we will accommodate rescheduling with no penalty.

3. Clinic Operating Hours

Sita Dental Clinic operates on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST. The clinic is closed on all other days including public holidays unless specifically communicated via our WhatsApp channel.

Emergency dental triage inquiries can be sent via WhatsApp at any time, and our AI receptionist will queue your request for the next available clinical session.

4. Payment & Fees

• A consultation fee of ₹1,000 is payable at the clinic at the time of your visit (cash, UPI, credit/debit card accepted).
• All treatment costs are communicated to the patient in writing prior to commencement. Treatment estimates include all materials, lab fabrication, and surgeon fees, with no hidden add-ons.
• EMI options are available for treatment plans exceeding ₹10,000 subject to partner bank terms.
• This website does not collect any online payment. All transactions occur in person at the clinic.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Sita Dental Clinic brand name, logo, photography, treatment descriptions, and design assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sita Dental Clinic. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or clinic services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
